We are committed to continually organize, maintain and improve our quality management system based on the following principles.

1. All quality staff shall be familiarized with, understand and explore the importance of meeting not only statutory and regulatory requirements but also meeting all customer needs.
2. All quality staff shall be familiarized with and understand the quality policy established based on our corporate policy. Also, the quality objectives shall be established in accordance with the quality policy.
3. The management review shall be conducted periodically.
4. The management resources shall be allocated for product realization.

1. The validity of the quality management system shall be continuously verified.
2. Safety and quality products meeting customer needs shall be provided.
3. Our products shall be evaluated and studied continuously to provide further high quality products.

4. Environmental Management System Requirements
4.1 General Requirements

We are committed to establish, maintain and continuously improve the environmental management system to facilitate our environmental conservation activities.
The contents of our environmental management system are shown below under section 4.2.

4.2 Environmental Policy
(1) Objectives

The environmental policy is established to define the aim of our environmental conservation activities, to implement the management system and to promote continuous improvement.
The environmental policy shall be common knowledge among all employees and business partners.

(2) Environmental policy

We act with an awareness of our environmental impact through our business activities of selling construction, agricultural and industrial machinery and equipment parts and industrial parts, aiming to be a company that is trusted and loved by customers, community and the external interested party and contributes to the betterment of society.
By implementing the following actions to eliminate every Muda, Muri and Mura (Useless, Unreasonableness, Unevenness), we aim to contribute to reduction of environmental burdens and construction of environment-friendly society.
This environmental policy shall be on public view and be common knowledge among all employees and the related parties.

(1) We shall be well aware of environmental impact and take every possible economical and technical measures.
(2) We shall observe the environmental related laws, regulations and community rules.
(3) We shall establish the objectives and targets to promote continuous improvement and periodical review.
(4) We shall promote activities for streamlining and effective use of resources to help prevention of environmental pollution, reduction of waste disposal and energy savings.
